Returns & Refunds

We want every cat (and every human) to love huloo huloo. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

1. 30-day happy-cat guarantee

If your cat doesn't take to huloo huloo within 30 days of delivery, email support@huloohuloo.com with your order number. We'll issue a full refund — you don't need to ship the bag back. We'd rather you donate any unused litter to a local friend or neighbor with cats.

2. Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

3. How refunds work

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the credit. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

4. Exchanges

We currently offer one product (Tofu + Cassava litter) in two sizes. To switch between sizes after ordering, contact us before your order ships and we'll update it for you.

5. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are not yet available. When they launch, you'll be able to pause, skip, or cancel any time from your account dashboard.

6. Non-refundable items

Promotional gifts, free trial bags, and items marked "final sale" are not eligible for refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
