Shipping & Delivery

Everything you need to know about how (and when) your order arrives.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories are coming soon — join our early-access list to be notified. International shipping is not yet available.

2. Shipping rates

Free standard shipping on orders over $45. Orders under $45 ship for a flat $6.95. Expedited (2-day) shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

3. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding US holidays). Standard delivery is 2–4 business days after processing. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your box ships.

4. Pre-orders

Founder Box and pre-order items ship in the order received once each production batch is ready. Estimated ship windows are shown at checkout and updated by email.

5. Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email support@huloohuloo.com within 14 days of the carrier's delivery date with your order number and a photo if applicable. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no proof required for damaged items.

6. Address changes

We can update your shipping address until the order is handed to the carrier. After that, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
