2. Orders & pricing
All prices are in US dollars unless noted. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel any order, and limit quantities at our discretion. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
3. Pre-orders & early access
Founder Box and early-access reservations are non-binding until payment is processed. Estimated ship dates are forecasts, not guarantees. We'll notify you by email if there are material delays and offer a full refund if you'd prefer not to wait.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photos, illustrations, logos, and the huloo huloo name — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may share links and short excerpts with credit. Do not copy, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
5. User content
If you send us a review, photo, message, or pet story, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in marketing materials, with attribution to your first name and pet's name. You can revoke this license any time by emailing support@huloohuloo.com.

You agree not to use this site to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malware, scrape or harvest data without permission, or interfere with the site's operation.
